Shipping Policy

To ensure your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or necessary information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or floor numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We accept no liability for lost, misplaced or misdelivered items if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the carrier has picked it up from our fulfillment center. Orders take between 2-5 business days to process and ship, but most of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Please note that orders may take 2-7 working days in France from the date of dispatch, 3-10 working days in Europe and 10-15 working days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a $boutique shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim at $mail We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.

We do not accept any responsibility for packages that have been declared as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding your original payment method for the out-of-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of multiple items.
